Yes. Only consecutive-day lift tickets are available. For example, if you purchase a 3-day ticket starting on Monday, it must be used on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

You only need to present your ID at the mountain ticket office to have your pass reprinted. A reprint fee will apply.

Lift tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used in a future season. You may change the dates of your ticket up to 72 hours prior to your first ski day, in case your travel plans change.

No. All tickets and services are non-transferable.

Due to high demand for the selected dates, online rental inventory may be fully booked. You may check availability in person at Rental Base or at Rental Ciudad, located at 1138 San Martín Street.

1) Ski Equipment

*Standard Equipment (Carving): Lightweight skis for beginner and intermediate skiers

.Junior: For children measuring 80 cm to 1.40 m in height.Boot sizes: EUR 24⅔ – UK 8.5K – US 9K – 150–159 mm

Adult: For skiers 1.40 m and taller

*High-Performance Equipment: (Intermediate to Advanced)

Stiffer and heavier than standard equipment, with sandwich construction (layered). Recommended for intermediate to advanced skiers. Available for adults 1.60 m and taller.

*Premium Equipment: (Advanced to Expert)

Top-of-the-line skis, more rigid and responsive than high-performance equipment. Designed for advanced to expert skiers. Available for adults 1.60 m and taller.

2) Snowboard:

Only standard snowboard equipment is available, for both adults and children 1.20 m and taller.

Yes. You may take the equipment off the mountain and return it on the last day of your visit. You only need to inform the service desk and complete a form.

No. Equipment must be picked up and returned at the same rental location where it was booked.

This service is available at Rental Morada (Cerro Castor Base Area) or Rental Ciudad (1134 San Martín Street)

No. Helmets are not included with equipment rentals. You may add a helmet during the online booking process as an additional service, or rent one in person on the day of your visit at the following rentals: Base, Morada del Águila or Ciudad.

No. All rental shops are located at the Base Area.

You can rent personal item lockers, measuring 40 cm x 30 cm. Lockers are rented in person on a daily basis.

No. Lift tickets are not included with equipment rentals.

Lesson sales may not yet be available and for this reason, the search box might not be visible on the website homepage or under the “Lessons” submenu.

The sale of ski school services typically begins as the winter season approaches.

No. Instructors teach lessons for one discipline only, either skiing or snowboarding. If both disciplines are required, lessons must be booked separately.

The difference is the age range of the children enrolled in each program. Krundi Club is designed for children aged 3 to 6, while Castor Junior Ski is for children aged 7 to 13.

Yes. For full-day sessions from 10:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., lunch and an afternoon snack are included at the mountain’s designated dining areas.

It is possible; however, we recommend not picking up your child, as lunchtime is an important moment for social interaction and fun with the group.

No. Ski passes and rental equipment are not included in any of the Cerro Castor Ski School services.

Subject to daily availability, private or group lessons may be booked according to the skier’s level.

This service can only be booked in person at the Ski School offices, located at the Base Area and Cota 480 (Subject to availability).

All Ski School services start at Cota 480, accessed from the Base Area via the “Del Bosque” Chairlift (for first-time skiers) or the “Del Río” Chairlift (for beginner and advanced skiers). The only exception is Kinder Castor, which is located at the Ski School office in the Base Area, across the bridge.

No. Missed lesson time cannot be recovered.

You may change lesson times, dates, or the number of participants up to 2 hours before the lesson start time.

No. Discounts do not apply for multiple private lessons.

If lessons are not available online, bookings can only be made in person at the Ski School offices located at the Base Area and Cota 480. Please note that there is no waiting list and bookings cannot be made by phone.

On your lesson day, simply report to Cota 480, in front of the Ski School office. You can access this area from the Base Area via the “Del Bosque” Chairlift (first-time skiers) or the “Del Río” Chairlift (beginner and advanced skiers).

Invoices are automatically issued by the system once payment is completed. Billing details are taken from the information you entered when creating your user account on the website. You may request an invoice change by reservasclientes@cerrocastor.com including your booking reference number and the new billing details.

Please note that in the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands, we are VAT exempt, therefore VAT is not itemized on the invoice

No. You do not need to register or create an account to view rates. You can check them using the search box on the homepage or by selecting “Rates” within the service you wish to book.

To view rates, go to the homepage and use the search box to select the service you are interested in and complete the required information.If the selected service is not available, search results will display the message: “No results found for the current search. Please modify your search criteria and try again.”

You may also check the full rate chart by selecting your preferred service from the main menu (for example, “Lessons + Rates”) .

You can purchase lift tickets, equipment, and lessons on our website. If you wish to book a package including additional services such as accommodation, transfers, or other travel services, we recommend contacting one of our official travel agencies that work directly with us.

This is correct. For private lessons, since the prices are not age-based, the system does not differentiate by age. No changes are required.

For private lessons, the system requires registration of only one person per group. It is necessary that this person is present with the group at the time of the lesson.

QThis means that your reservation is not yet confirmed, and no further automatic payment attempts will be made. This status occurs when there is an issue during the payment process, such as card rejection, insufficient funds, or any other payment errors.

What can you do?

If you attempt to confirm the reservation on the same day, locate your booking and click “Pay by card” to try to complete the payment again. If this option is not visible, the reservation has expired, and a new booking must be made.

Important: The “Payment in progress” status does not guarantee availability or pricing. A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and the status changes to “Confirmed.”.
