Always in the mountain and at different heights, Cerro Castor invites you to taste the best meal courses, enjoying the awesome landscape of the Andes. Besides these unforgettable landscapes and invitation to experience adventure, Tierra del Fuego is also famous for its exquisite cuisine, with the Tierra del Fuego’s lamb and the king crab as the biggest stars. And Cerro Castor, the world southernmost and Southern Cone most modern ski resort, is an excellent example:

The resort has 7 gastronomic points, located at different heights of the Mountain’s slope, seating 1000 people at the same time, and 4 mountain shelters. The food assortment of Cerro Castor ranges from fast food, take-out to sophisticated gourmet cuisine, from the great king crab sushi to the super tender wood-roasted lamb, casseroles, in addition chocolate cakes and other delicious plates.

Morada del Águila

Exquisite a la cartè restaurant offering the so famous Tierra del Fuego’s lamb, among other specialties. Located at the bottom of the ski resort. Seats 120 people. Catering for versatile and personalized service, Morada del Águila is a referent of the local gastronomy.

2 shelters

One shelter is located at the east top and the other is 680 m high (access from the Park Skilift). They offer hot and cold drinks, or just to a place to sit down and enjoy your own lunch.

Viejo Castor

Located at an altitude of 470 m at the bottom of the Teleskies, this is the latest restaurant opened in 2015. With a vintage and alpine style, it seats 140 people..

Terrazas del Castor Restaurant

Located at an altitude of 420, at the foot of the Snowpark, it seats 330 people. This restaurant offers both buffet and à la carte service, adding another eating area to the southernmost ski resort. The outstanding feature of Terrazas del Castor is the Sushi Board, which offers the best fish rolls of the area, apart from a wide range of sautéed dishes.

Snowbar

Seats 80 people and offers a first class cafeteria service, including tasty choices such as banana milkshakes and toasted sandwiches, pizzas and meat sandwiches that turn to be perfect to boost your energy at the bottom of the mountain.

Ona House

This eating area seats 80 people, offering a different alternative at the bottom of the mountain. In the morning, you can enjoy delicious cookies, patisserie service, and a variety of coffee with different flavors. Midday is characterized by a deli light menu, with gourmet sandwiches, an assortment of salads, and today’s special. In the afternoon, the environment is filled with music, and offers an ideal after-ski assortment of tea and cocktails.

Restaurant 480

It is the most popular lounge of the Mountain. Self-service with fixed menus that change everyday, located at the heart of the mountain, seating 400 people. It also features a Mexican Tacos station to fight cold with the best-tasting spicy dishes.

La Barra

Located at 600 meters high, it offers delicious soups, sandwiches, small pizzas, drinks and tasty daily menus. It seats up to 100 people.
